why do people with high blood pressure sweat a lot ?

Excessive sweating is not a symptom of hypertension.High blood pressure and increased sweating is associated with hyperthyroidism.

Sweating and bp are not related to each other.
It only depends on a persons body temperature that determines  sweating.
