Plants contain cell wall because they do not had to move from one place to another and thus, cell wall provide them the rigidity to stand in one place. While animals do not contain cell wall because they need to move from one place to another in search of food and livelihood and if they will have cell wall then because of the rigidity, they will not be able to move easily and will die soon.

Answer:Animal cells do not have cell walls because they do not need them. Cell walls, which are found in plant cells, maintain cell shape, almost as if each cell has its own exoskeleton. This rigidity allows plants to stand upright without the need for bones .
