Plants donot have any specialised structures like heart..as wel as ,in plants ,many cells are dead ..Because of these plant show slow trasportation

because they didn't have good transport system like animals {blood to flow , heart to pump, and lungs for exchange of gases}
plants have Xylem and Phloem which are not advance such as animals system......
so, they have slow transport sytem.
