why do plants absorb so much water then also if it is lose by transpiration

because they prepare food with sunlight and water and they need more water and transpiration is a natural process so they have to do transpiration just like to drink water more and more because water is necessary for us but we also remove the wastage of water for my body just like they remove the wastage is transpiration and they need more water as we need

Plants absorb water in a large amount because water is the only medium which is present in a plant for the transportation of minerals. So, the plant absorbs a lot of water even if it is lose by transpiration.
