plants need co2 to get the energy out of the food they make. this is possible with stomata.
they don't have lungs to breathe and therefore they don't need a respiratory system. they have stomata.

plants hai stomata that are small pores present in the leaves and also there are pores in the stem that helps the plant to lose water .

you need to mention that most of their cells are dead and hence dont require much oxygen
