Why do plants have no specialized organ for gaseous exchanged compared to animals

Plants use stomata for the gaseous exchange like animals do. They help in both photosynthesis and respiration in plants.

the gases are directly taken from the atmosphere and utilized im cells

while in animals the Oxygen reaches the tissues only through the lungs and blood
