Plants loose water for following reasons :-
1. The excessive amount of water inside the plants body results it to loose it
2. Plant may require fresh water for the process of photosynthesis
3. Plants may also secrete water for making its outer surface moist
4. Also to prevent it from the excessive heat or harmful heat rays from sun
5. Wipe down of insects and other bacterias to not to destroy it .
