Why do plants not need an Oxygen carrier like the humans in whom Oxygen is carried by Haemoglobin?

Plants do not need an oxygen carrier at all. All the parts of the plants respire individually so there is no need of any carrier. But in humans , there is a specific organ system that takes in oxygen so we need oxygen carrier to transport oxygen to all parts of our body.
