Because they have the mechanism of directly taking in a raw material like oxygen which is used to prepare food by the plant kingdom. Moreover they have Chlorophyll on the surface of the leaves which helps to trap the oxygen hence unlike humans plants have a different mechanism..........

Hey!
_______________
A very simple answer,
Plants synthesis oxygen during the process of photosynthesis ( the process by which green plants make their own food ) and they take oxygen during the process of respiration.
They are getting oxygen directly from the environment. And we know each part of a plant perform respiration, so they get enough oxygen.
They have chlorophyll on their surface which helps in respiration, that's why they don't need an additional oxygen carrier for transportation of oxygen.

Hope it helps...!!!
