P.S. = I don't want definition of regular reflection just tell me why does regular reflection form images whereas irregular reflection doesn't form images

To form an image, a large number of rays incident from a point on the object must meet at a point after reflection/refraction. This cannot happen with irregular reflections.
By the way, although school text books show only 2 (or at the most 3) rays coming from an object to a lens/mirror, in reality there are a large number of rays coming to meet at a single point.
