Why do religious centres attract people? Give examples of some religious centres?

because we all are IndIans .As we are Indians we all like religious centres . I like temples a lot.

Doesn't matter which religion you follow, if you're religious then you'll get attracted towards religious center cause it's our belief that we get peace from there. for example, Mecca madina which is in Saudi but still Islamic people pay visit . Moving on and taking one more example, In year 2013 The heavy rainfall caused massive flash floods and landslides resulting in the death of residents and tourists as well as extensive damage to property.But devotees still go their cause it's their belief in God. :-)
