Why do same substance exist as soilds while
Some other exist diquid or gases?​

Answer:

There are so many substances around us for example: TVs, Pen, eraser, bed, Rocks,etc.. but everytime you cant say there are only solids in this world, there are liquids around us like : water, juice,etc. and gases: oxygen, nitrogen, etc... (according to your question): Substances like ice(solid) gets converted to water(liquid) by heating and to vapour (gas) by evaporation and back to liquid then to solids... so hence you can say the same substance exist in three states (solids, liquids and gases).
