It does not have a ring around it. It is the collection of rocks and some dust particles

The reason is that it have a Roche limit which is in the form of ring , thousands of the years ago a big rock comes in the Roche limit and makes it blast so all the rocks gathered in Roches limit.
And also the Saturn is the outer planet so all the outer planets have ring around it.
