the seeds special conditions like sunlight,temperature,water,and oxygen to germinate.Mature seeds are often very dry and need to take in water, before cellular metabolism and growth can resume. Seeds need enough water to swell and break the seed coat.after swelling of seeds,the plants can grow well.
