why do small childrens suffer from fever after vaccination?

small child usually get fever after vaccination because the vaccine is the hamful bacteria which is given in childhood that helps the body to make antigen by which when again the next bacteria come inside the body the antigens in the body will fight against the bacteria ( the bacteria in vaccine are not very harmful).
