hey.....dear......here is your answer......✨✨✨✨

Liquids flow easily because the particles are able to move past each other easily. Gases can change shape and volume. ... Whether a substance is gas, liquid or solid depends on the balance between strength of its chemical bonds within its molecules and the interactions between the molecules (inter-molecular interactions).❤️❤️

hope it helps you.....ok...bye,✌️✌️

Due to their different arrangement of particles..

SOLIDS: In solids the particles forming the substance are very closer to each other therefore the forces of attraction are very stronger among them.they don't move from one place to another place.they vibrate on their mean positions.in solids free movement of particles cannot take place.thus in a solid, the particles are arranged in a fixed pattern and they form a lattice of vibrating masses.this causes solids to have a definite shape and volume.

LIQUIDS: In liquids the particles are nearly randomly arranged but consists of clusters in which they are close together.the particles slide over another, this causes liquid to have a definite volume but not a definite shape.

GASES: The gaseous state is the one in which the particles are widely separated from one other therefore having very less forces of attraction or vander waal's forces.this causes the particles to be in continuous random motion.this makes the gases to have no definite shape and volume.
