Many of the atoms are reactive. But some are not

the ones who react combine and ones not don't bcoz there are below reactivity series.

Only some atoms are capable of combining with each other to form the new compounds or elements , if two of them don't combine it means that either they are oppositely reacted to each other or are there chemical nature does not get defined.
