Why do some children fall ill more frequently than others living in the same locality ?

Sickness is caused due to weakened immune system..different individual have different potential of immune system..so although living in same locality..some may get sick and some may not..it's like some children become allergic to dust while others are not..it's due to their hypersensitive immune response

This may have following reasons:
*The water they using are dirty water.
*They are prevented from living in a clean and safe area.
*illness can be also a result of unclean food.
