Explanation:

as altitude increases, the availability of oxygen decreases, making the air thinner and drier. The dryness can cause the nose to bleed.

Answer:

some people have nasal bleeding because of atmospheric pressure.

Explanation:

there are blood vessels in our nose, in which flowing of blood exerts pressure. when we are at higher altitude atmospheric pressure is very low and when we are at lower altitudes pressure gets neutral as atmospheric pressure at lower altitudes is high. thus, at higher altitudes atmospheric pressure and nasal passage pressure doesn't get balanced and nasal passage blood vessels get burst causing nasal bleeding.
