Why do some phrases in literature give us goosebumps?

we know that literature comes directly from heart when any writer has a strong feel in his words,and you have the potential to imagine and understand them,you'll feel goosebumps.

This is because they scare us.Goosebumps are formed when tiny muscles in your body's hair follicles contract when you are cold(scared) making those hairs stand on end
