why do some plants feed on insects how does a Pitcher plant catch insects​

some plants like venus fly trap,Pitcher plant feed on insects because they don't have chlorophyll for photosynthesis.

its when insects come cloase to pitcher plant . it opens its lid and plants goes in pitcher plant then it sectrestes digetive juice then it digests the unsects
