Because there are the revolution of earth when sun rays fall on our Earth their rays was very shinning so we cannot see the stars but during revolution of earth when rays of the sun fall on other side of the earth we can see the night.

Stars are live in the space the sun rays fall on the stars and they were shine means twinkle.
