Schemes started for the welfare of people: any schme launched by the government is basically for the welfare of the society. If any person is eligible to get benefits from the scheme then no one can stop him
People aware about only popular schemes: Basically, only some popular schemes reach to the audience. For example: Jan Dhan Yojana etc because it is started by our prime minister. What about the particular state schemes?
Lack of internet access in most part of India: we know that, most of the shcme is started for economically backward people, tribal people farmers etc. Government mentioned all schemes on their sites but due to education or lack of internet access, some people can't get the benefits of the scheme
Corruption is also one of the factor
Finally, if people aware about the schemes and eligible to get the benefits of particular scheme, then no one stop them for getting benefitsRemember, Government scheme started for you
