It is beleived that the country which has more metals, petroleum, coal, minerals, gold is rich country/states
Because minerals and forest are not found in all places of the earth. it is found only in certain places. so minerals and forests are classified as Renewable Resource which refers to substance which cannot be regenerated. hence the country which owns it is a rich state
