the sub cutaneous receptors bulged on the side away from the heart when the hand was tied. this id due to the flow of blood will stos when the hand is tied. at that time the blood will flow on whole body except on the hand. the nerves is present in our body in which the flow of blood takes place. when we tie the hand the nerves cant able to transport the blood to the parts of the hand. but the blood comes from heart still continues. hence the rate of blood near the hand becomes increase by the increase in pressure and the blood stops at a pointb where we tied. due this reason the vessels get bulge.

1.The sub-cutaneous blood vessels means VEINS
2. VEINS are the blood vessels which are present under the skin
3. VEINS carry deoxygenated blood from all body parts to heart
4.So when a tie is knot on a hand there will be no flow of deoxygenated to the heart and the hand bulges on the side of below the knot.... which is away from the heart
