⊕ANSWER⊕

  • The sub cutaneous receptors bulged on the side away from the heart when the hand was tied.
  • This is due to the flow of blood will stop when the hand is tied.
  • At that time the blood will flow on whole body except on the hand.
  • The nerves is present in our body in which the flow of blood takes place.
  • When we tie the hand the nerves cant able to transport the blood to the parts of the hand, but the blood comes from heart still continues.
  • Hence the rate of blood near the hand becomes increase by the increase in pressure and the blood stops at a point where we tied.
  • Due this reason the vessels get bulge.
