Why do subcutaneous blood vessels bulges on the side way form the heart when the hand is tied ???

this is due to flow of blood will store when the hand is tied , at that time the blood will flow on whole body except the hand . the nerves present in our body in which the flow of blood takes place . when we tie the hand the nerves cannot transport blood to the hand , but the blood comes from heart still continues. hence the blood near tied hand bulges
