why do substance like co2 and h2o in and out of the cell

The substance like CO2 and HO2 move in and out of the cell by diffusion from the region of high concentration to low concentration . When concentration outside the cell becomes low and it is high inside the cell , they moves out .

H2O is important in cell, it enters in the cell by osmosis through plasma membrane, whereas the CO2 is produced after cellular respiration, which is not needed and also toxic for the cell....therefore it is expelled out of the cell using diffusion through plasma membrane...
