Why do the children of the age group of between 11 to 24 or more want some romantic relationship or something like this? It is the age for studying then why do they waste thier time? What is the psychology behind it?

It depends only on you whom you wanna give importance.
There are 4 types of students. These are:
Those students who are very romantic and stylish. They love flirting and romancing with girls. So it's obvious for them to be weak in studies. These students prefer love at the age of 19. They become very egotistic by thinking that they are now adult and matured. I have few friends who were like this at the age of 19. But exception are also there. Exception are those student who have these qualities as well as qualities of good student.
Those students who are very Genius and Talented prefers both love and studies. I called them Genius and Talented because they are rare students who can balance the both studies and love at the same time without facing any problem. I salute such students. I can't handle both things together. These types of students are topper in studies as well as in love.
Those students who can't handle the both studies and love together, prefers studies. I fall on this category of students. I can do only one work at a time, either study or love. Whatever I do, I do by heart. So I can't focus on both the things. Once I tried to focus on both things (because I am interested in both things) and I failed. Hence I preferred study instead of love for making my future brighter. These types of students sacrifice their love for the study because they knew that study is more important than love.
Those students who are very simple, innocent and studious till the age of 19, prefers only and only study. They never think of love. Getting good job is more important for them than getting good girlfriend. Yes. These types of students also exists.
