why do the colour and Solution of copper sulphate change when take a solution of copper sulphate in a breaker and put iron nail in it​

Answer:

iron displace copper in its solution so the color changes

it is displacement reaction so the reaction becomes

iron sulphete + copper

it is because iron(Fe) is more reactive than copper (Cu) and hence it displaces Cu from copper sulphate and form iron sulphate and copper.

Fe +CuSO4------->FeSO4 + cu

and hence colour of solution changes from blue to colourless.
