why do the colour clear Sky appear blue during noon

raghav5033: A clear cloudless day-timesky is blue because molecules in the air scatterblue light from the sun more than they scatter red light. When we look towards the sun at sunset, we see red and orange colours because the bluelight has been scattered out and away from the line of sight.

Explanation:

The colour clear Sky appear blue during noon because the particles in air of Earth's atmosphere scattered the blue light in all directions.

This scattering of blue light is more than other colors. That is the reason we can see the blue sky most of the time as other colors like red are scattered less. The particles in air are mainly dust particles or sometime smoke particles are also there which are responsible for blue color.
