The cyclonic winds blow in a “circular manner” because of the “Coriolis Effect”.
EXPLANATION:
The surface of Earth gets heated by Sun and due to this the wind present over the surface also gets heated up, the heated air or the warm air rises up and creates an area of low pressure. This low pressure area attracts the high pressure winds to this area and they start moving towards it.
The high pressure winds try to reach the low pressure area at the center but could not do so because of Coriolis Effect which says that due to rotation of Earth everybody that is “moving in a straight line” tends to gets deflected. If it is in northern hemisphere the deflection would be in the right hand side and in the southern hemisphere it will be in the left hand side. That's why the winds gets deflected and starts moving in circular manner.
