Explanation:

D block have submitted the elements that are the smaller valency and some have larger valency but that block there is zero group which didn't oxidize oradocs

Answer:

In d - block Elements the difference between the energies of ns and (n-1)d electrons is very small . it is because of it that both ns and (n-1)d electrons are available for bonding purpose . in these elements , all or some d - electrons can take part in bonding .

In the case of f- block elements , the inner (n-2) f electrons are not able to take part in bonding the (n-1)d orbitals are either vacant or contain only one electron.

Therefore the d- block elements exhibit a large number of oxidation states than f-block elements.
