Why do the doors of a corridor train open or shut when the train starts or stops?

That's pretty simple those doors open then because if they will open while the train is moving then the person near the gate will get pushed out of train.

As train moves very faster their is a tendency to fall back or front. In that case passengers will fall out the train through the door.. So it has doors..
