Why do the egg white becomes white when we will boil a red egg , can u understand my question, i mean that if i pick a red color egg and boil it , it becomes white when we take out the outer shell , why

The hydrogen sulphide originates in the whites of the eggs and the protein in the white contains sulphur that combines with the hydrogen to form a deadly gas. This hydrogen sulphide heads towards the inside of the eggs. As the outer shell of the egg gets hotter, the gas is forced towards the yolk.
The egg yolk contains iron and when this iron meets the hydrogen sulphide gas, it combines with it to form iron sulphide, which gives the yolk the green outer lining. So, the more you boil the egg, the more sulphide is made and the thicker is the green coating
