The equipotential surface will never intersect as because at the point of intersection there would be two values of electric potential which is not at all possible.

Hope my answer is useful to you.

Answer:

The equipotential surfaces due to a uniform electric field not intersect each other because two different equipotential surface have different electric potential, so if they intersect then the point of intersection will have two different potentials at the same point which is not possible.
