because when we shake the tree our momentum of our hand goes to the branchs and then the branches start shaking vigorously and due to gravity the fruit fallen down

this happens bcoz of first law of motion

Initially both the tree & the fruit hanging to its branches are in a state of rest.
When the branches of the tree are shaken, it is set into motion while the fruits remain in the state of rest due to inertia of rest.
Thus, the fruit get detached from the branches & fall down due to the pull of gravity.
Similar is the reason that some of the leaves may get detached from a tree if we vigorously shake its branches.
