Due to variation in the heating of Earth. we know that all parts of Earth does not receive same heat at the same time.And wind moves from higher atmospheric pressure to lower atmospheric pressure. Owing to more heat at the latitudes from 30degree north to 30degree south as compared to other parts of Earth.It creates low pressure here. So that these latitudes have extremely high speed wind.
