When a bus runs along a straight line path, all the passenger travelling in the bus also move with the same speed in the same direction. When the bus takes a sharpen turn, the upper body in the original (straight line path),while the lower portion tend to turn with bus. As a result, passengers tend to fall/lean sideways.
