I thought that that is perpendicular to our earth, and when our earth moves then we see that all star except pole star is moving and pole star is perpendicular to us that it does not appear moving.

Cause the pole star is the major star as eg it stays straight on the axis of the earth and as u know that the top the thing the clear it appears as for other stars they appear to move because of light refraction cause they r far away from our Earth and the light speed coming from stars t too late that some of them might not be there anymore. so the main reason is because our Earth move from East to West the star also appears to move with us as for pole stars stays on top so the light refraction can't take place and it appears to be on its spot
