THIS IS BECAUSE FOR THE PRODUCTION OF GOODS ARE LESS.SO THE PRICE INCREASES.

It is due to the fact that during natural disasters,the contact between suppliers and retailers have been cut .Due to which limited availability of goods available to the retailers to serve for vast insecure natural disasters' affected citizens.
