Different enzymes are produced by different parts of the body. Each enzyme has special functions which cannot be performed by the other enzymes. The functions of the enzymes differ from their location and the part of the body from where they are secreated. This is why the same enzyme cannot break down everything that we eat but different enzymes together do this work.

Because all the enzyme are not digest.e.g sugar is also enzyme.for the digestion of sugar insulin is required for the enzyme digestion. hence the lot of sugar is coming in the cell sugar not break down into simple form.
