why do the water of oceans and seas do not get reduced or increased..and there are no floods also in themm..why..?

It's all because of the water cycle, that the balance of water is maintained. The amount of water is regulated by it.

who said no floods come.....when tsunami comes floods come and it does not get increase or decreased because it comes from rivers and the some rivers come from ice glaciers which melt and whereas because of water cycle that takes place
