Because jealousy is the biggest thing that Allah doesn't likes and it is also a biggest way which can lead us to jahannam. Allah will never forgive this sin so easily. Allah only allow to do jealousy in 2 kinds of situation :
1.some one who reads Quran day and night and important is that he also do amaal on it.
2.some one who is very rich and always do sadqah and spend his money only for Allah but never buy any extra things except his use.
