why do two ice blocks join to form one block when pressed together

Heya!!

here's ur answer...

So when the cubes are pressed together a little heat is generated or produced due to pressure & of friction, which just melts the outer layers , when that is melted friction decreases and due to the low temp. of both the ice cube the water just refreezes.....
