A Pressure is defined as when a force is acting normally that is it is exerting normal pressure by making an angle of 90 degree..
And a force is defined as when we Push a body and body displace in the direction of applied Force
As a result Both are Totally different from each other and that is why it is necessary to define a separate quantity and defining a force is not Enough........

Yes,it is necessary to define the Pressure.Because Pressure and Force both are the different quantities. ... But Pressure is the force acting on a particular area.So,if area is small,we need large pressure for the same force
