PIL, it states that any citizen of group of citizen can approach the Supreme Court or a High Court for the protection of law or action is the government.

I think that this was a good act, passed by government as it clearly ensures all about the trend of path a person can follow if he or she felt that they don't treated well, or they get injustice.
