Because all the function is done within a single cell and unicellular organism and they have ability to perform all the various digestion process but in multicellular organism there are various organs for the various digestion process :)

Unicellular organisms are mainly single cell organism which perform all the necessary biological activities in that single cell.
Due to the lack of physical space these unicellular organisms don't have specific biological organs for performing different biological activities.
These activities are correspondingly performed in various portions of that single cell without the help of any proper biological organs.
