arteries are connected to aorta and the heart and the veins are connected to all parts and veins are sub part of arteries
so heart pumps the blood blood have a speed when blood collides on a tube walls it exerts lot of force so to prevent the arteries for break or damage arteries have a thick walls than veins
veins don't experience much force because the most of force exerted on the walls of aorta and arteries

veins have thin cells as compared to arteries because veins carry blood from all part of the body back to the heart. The blood flowing through them is no longer high pressure. So veins have thin cells as compared to arteries.
