Hi dear !!!
washed cloth dry fast in summer rather than in winter because in summer the rate of evaporation increases so that the vast cloth dry fast in summer.
as we know that evaporation is directly proportional to temperature. and in summer there is a lot of temperature so the rate of evaporation is increases , that's result into faster dry of clothes.
if you talk about winter there is not much temperature in winters so that the rate of evaporation does not occur fastly so wash cloth does not dry faster in winter.
hope it help you dear !!!!
thanks !!

Washed cloths dry faster in summers because, In Summers the temperature is high so the air can absorb more moisture but In winters The moisture in air is low then the process of evaporation is slow down, That's why washed clothes dry faster in summers instead of winters.
